Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients give us entry instructions and go about their day. If you'd rather be there for the first visit to walk us through your priorities, that's welcome too.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with everything needed, including eco-friendly, family- and pet-safe products. If you'd prefer we use products you already own, just let us know ahead of time.
How is my quote calculated?
Price depends on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, the plan you choose, and any add-ons. We give you one flat written price before we start — never an open-ended hourly meter.
What's the difference between Basic and Standard Cleaning?
Basic covers routine maintenance cleaning — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, plus dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Standard includes everything in Basic, plus microwave interior, appliance exteriors, window sills, doors and light switches, and bed making — it's our most popular weekly cleaning for a noticeably deeper result.
Can I book a one-time clean instead of a recurring plan?
Absolutely. One-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction and Airbnb turnovers are all available without any ongoing commitment.
